Shows your hole cards.
At the beginning of the hand you are dealt 2 cards. These are known as your hole
cards.
Shows the community
cards.
Flop: After the first betting round is completed, three cards are
dealt and turned face up in the middle of the table. This is known as the "Flop."
These are community cards used by all the players. Another betting round begins
with the first active player to the left of the dealer button.
Turn: When the betting round after the flop is completed,
the dealer turns a fourth card face up in the middle of the table. This is referred
to as the "Turn." Another betting round begins with the first active player to the
left of the dealer button.
River: Following the betting round for the turn, the dealer will
turn a fifth and final card face up. This is called the "river", and the final betting
round begins.
Shows Pot Odds
In poker, pot odds are the ratio of the current size of the pot to the
cost of a contemplated call. In other words, if the pot contains $90, and a player
must call $10 to stay in the hand, then the player has 10%, or 10-to-1 (commonly
expressed as 10:1), pot odds. Pot odds are often compared to the probability of
winning a hand with a future card in order to estimate the call's expected value.
Shows the detected
number of players.
Depending on the poker site you are using, the number of players will default
to the number of people currently seated at the table until the flop is dealt. The
number of players greatly affects the odds of winning or losing a hand.
